Automated Microhardness Testing
The Automated Microhardness Testing system is designed to provide a precise and efficient solution for measuring the hardness of small materials. It uses Vickers or Knoop hardness methods, suitable for a wide range of applications. The auto-turret system allows for easy test changeover, ensuring an uninterrupted process.
The tester features an adjustable load range from 10 to 1000 grams, making it capable of testing materials with different hardness levels. With an adjustable dwell time between 0 and 60 seconds, it is ideal for controlled and precise testing. The maximum sample height is 6.7 inches (170 mm), allowing for larger sample sizes.
The X-Y anvil travel range of 4.3 x 4.3 inches (110 x 110 mm) ensures adequate coverage for testing samples in various positions. Additionally, the automatic hardness conversion to other scales, such as HRA, HRB, HRC, HV, HK, HBW, and more, adds versatility to the measurements. Its robust and durable design ensures continuous and reliable performance over time.
