Case Hardness Depth (CHD) analyzers HTD1500 & HTD4000
HTD1500 and HTD4000 are case hardness depth analyzers, able to verify thicknesses up to 1.3mm (HTD1500) and 2.7mm (HTD4000) in an immediate and non-destructive way.
The instrument, designed to meet the requirements of heat treatment control, has a large capacity stand and is able to perform the test of pieces of large dimensions; does not require particular maintenance and has been studied to work in a particularly critical environments.
The carbide penetrator has a service life of about 2500-3000 tests, depending on the type of material and the maximum load used.
