Industrial Drying Ovens HSI
Ovens for laboratory drying processes of minerals, clays, coal, textiles, metal alloys, organic materials, and various laboratory applications where temperature uniformity is important and moisture must be extracted from the load.
Because they belong to the low-temperature range, they are equipped with an air recirculation system to improve temperature uniformity.
The interior chamber, made of stainless steel or galvanized steel, ensures high durability. The heating system consists of tubular electric resistors, allowing a maximum temperature of 220°C. The insulation is made of fiberglass with low thermal conductivity, making them efficient and suitable for laboratory environments due to their low external surface temperature.
They are equipped with a PT100 type thermocouple, coated in stainless steel. These units come with either fixed shelving inside or mobile carts with removable trays for sample placement.
