The FlashCheck® Model 11089 Needle Probe Thermometer is a portable, fast, and accurate tool designed to measure temperatures in “thin mass” foods like meat patties, chicken, and fish fillets, in compliance with FDA Food Code 4-302.12(B). It features a °C/°F switchable scale at the push of a button, auto shut-off for battery savings, and a stainless steel needle probe that ensures extremely fast response time. Ideal for food establishments, distribution centers, cold storage, and processing facilities. Factory calibrated to NIST-traceable standards, the 11089 is also RoHS-compliant and a reliable HACCP tool.
