Its infinite working distance makes it perfect for inspecting large or multi-layered samples. The system includes a space-saving SZ-STL5 pantograph stand with a 737 mm reach, clamp-mounted for bench use. All functions are wirelessly controlled via mouse. Images and videos are saved to an SD card for easy transfer across devices.
